Our entire e-shop is held on a secure server as verified by the golden padlock on your browser. For payment processing you are transferred to the HSBC Secure ePayments system, approved by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and guaranteeing you absolute security. We (Walking Pages Ltd.) do not collect your card details; these are known only to your card issuer.
All products are priced in pounds sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card issuer will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and also Maestro/Switch and Solo cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Alternatively, you have the option to send your credit card information seperately via fax, telephone or mail. If you select this option from the 'payment options' field simply print the form, complete it and fax or post it to us or telephone customer services. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can select to pre-pay. Simply print the invoice and send with a cheque payable to Walking Pages Ltd. (address details are on the invoice).
Should you wish to make a complaint you should initially do so in writing by e-mail, fax or letter marked for the attention of Mr. Harry Archer, Operations Director. The matter will be dealt with promptly and we assure you of a response acknowledging your complaint within 24 hours.

If you are returning a product you ordered to be exchanged for an alternative, then we will charge postage on the exchange product. If the exchange is because we supplied the incorrect or a faulty item no postal charges will be made.
