Saturday 1st March 2003 - Bird Walk. A leisurely walk around Kingsford Forest Park in search of birds and other seasonal wildlife. 10.00am to 12.00noon 2 miles. Meet at Kingsford Lane car park, Kingsford Forest Park. Grid Ref: SO 823820. Leader Dave Scott. Standard charges. Saturday 8th March 2003 - Lambing at Newbrook Farm. An easy walk, particularly directed at children, to Newbrook Farm for their lambing weekend. Walk the farm trail and see all the other baby animals. Please bring a packed lunch. 10.00am to 3.00pm 4 miles. Meet at Waseley Hills Visitor Centre, Grid Ref: SO 971782. Leader Jo Preston. Adults £3.00, children £1.00 Sunday 16th March 2003 - Dodford Figure of Eight. Starting from the 'Dodford Inn', to where we shall return for lunch, we will explore the countryside around Dodford including Chaddesley Woods. Being a figure of eight walk you have the option of walking either the morning, afternoon or both. 10.00am to 4.00pm 8 miles. Meet at Dodford Inn, Winfield Road Grid Ref: SO939729. Standard charges. Saturday 22nd March 2003 - Feckenham and Inkberrow. Noted for its fine Georgian and black and white buildings, Feckenham is an ideal start for this interesting walk. Pub lunch at the 'Old Bull Inn' Inkberrow, a pub famous for 'The Archers' radio programme. 10.00am to 4.00pm 8 miles. Meet at The Square, Feckenham High Street, off B4090 Grid ref: SP 009614.
